What is your returns policy?
Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. You are responsible for the cost of the postage to return the product to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment).
What if my bag is faulty?
Again not that we think this will happen but of course if there is a manufacturing fault with your bag, zip or accessory of course we will offer you a full refund or a replacement bag – your choice!
What if the wrong bag I ordered arrives?
Hopefully this doesn’t happen either but if it does of course we will send you the correct bag! We will just require proof of receipt of the incorrect bag to proceed with the correct bag to be dispatched to you.
